St. Basil's Chapel
The Catholic Center is an outstanding resource on the Bridgewater State University campus. They provide food and clothing as well as child care. The center hosts a Spaghetti Dinner once a month free of charge, and has clothing and food closets on the ground floor. Marlene and her staff are dedicated to helping and should be utilized by anyone in need.

Food 4 You Food Bank
The food bank is located in RCC 102. Jane often works with The Catholic Center director Marlene DeLeon in providing food to those in need at this campus. Both women are great assets in this cause and should be utilized outside of just providing food.

Academic Achievement Center
Ideally located in the basement of the Maxwell Library in the center of the BSU Campus, the Academic Achievement Center is a vibrant environment at the heart of the BSU academic community. The​ Center offers a comprehensive array of programs and services to support the continued academic success of Bridgewater State University students.

Professional Counselors who can provide short-term personal counseling are available at the Counseling Center. All counseling contacts are in strict confidence, except when state law and statutes dictate otherwise.

- Provide a personal discussion and assessment of the student’s needs and create realistic short-term and long-term educational goals for future plans
- Connect students to college planning agencies or vocational programs
- Assist with application process (including financial aid, SAT/ACT registration, letters of recommendation, scholarships etc.)
- Serve as liaison between the student and their college or vocational faculty
- Connect students to resources on and off campus
- Serve as on-going mentors to students throughout their college or vocational career.
- Identifies scholarship opportunities
- Financial assistance with items not covered by financial aid (books, fees, housing deposit, etc.)
